The dossier, which details the death of the late star, was supposed to be sent to Amy's family but it appears to have gone missing in the post, having been handed in to a north London police station on Friday last week. Winehouse was found dead in her Camden flat on July 23, aged just 27. Her death followed a long battle with drugs and alcohol addiction but toxicology test results showed 'no illegal substances' were present in her body at the time of death. Amy's father Mitch, 60, was adamant that in the days leading up to her death she had sworn off alcohol and drugs for good, having been clean for weeks. A Scotland Yard spokesman said: 'Police were informed that material relating to a forthcoming inquest may have been delivered to an incorrect address. Inquiries are now under way to establish the full circumstances of this matter.' An inquest into the Rehab singer's death will be held this week.
